Required License: Active or soon-to-be Physical Therapist License.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Provide high-quality patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals for patients.
- Collaborate with clinic staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to compliance standards.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development initiatives.
