Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care in accordance with health system policies and ANA standards.
• Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct assessments and identify potential diagnoses, developing individualized care plans.
• Initiate discharge planning and facilitate smooth transitions for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical practice standards.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement activities related to nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Competency in computer systems and ability to work under tight deadlines.
