Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based nursing care in accordance with health system policies and ANA standards.
Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Conduct assessments and identify potential diagnoses, developing individualized care plans.
Initiate discharge planning and facilitate smooth transitions for patients.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical practice standards.
Engage in continuous learning and improvement activities related to nursing practice.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days.
Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Competency in computer systems and ability to work under tight deadlines.
