Field Services Technician (Tier II Support) – Indiana (Mid/North Preferred) We’re seeking a Tier II Field Services Technician to handle escalated IT tickets across multiple healthcare facilities. This role is highly independent, supporting a wide range of hardware, software, telecom, and basic networking issues. What You’ll Do: Manage ~20 tickets per day and maintain consistent customer communication. Troubleshoot desktop, telecom, and basic network issues; collaborate with the network team on LAN/WAN problems. Coordinate telecom vendors for wiring/phone system installs. Support office tech projects, upgrades, and acquisition integrations. Train end users and help document processes. Perform site visits for preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate ticket and project records. What You Bring: 2–3 years of field service or hands‑on IT support experience Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware/software/network basics Excellent communication and ability to work independently Experience in multi‑site environments is a plus If you’re a proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting diverse sites and staying hands‑on with technology, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
