Information Technology Field Technician

Field Services Technician (Tier II Support) – Indiana (Mid/North Preferred) We’re seeking a Tier II Field Services Technician to handle escalated IT tickets across multiple healthcare facilities. This role is highly independent, supporting a wide range of hardware, software, telecom, and basic networking issues. What You’ll Do: Manage ~20 tickets per day and maintain consistent customer communication. Troubleshoot desktop, telecom, and basic network issues; collaborate with the network team on LAN/WAN problems. Coordinate telecom vendors for wiring/phone system installs. Support office tech projects, upgrades, and acquisition integrations. Train end users and help document processes. Perform site visits for preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate ticket and project records.
