You will be part of a dynamic environment where teamwork and collaboration are highly emphasized. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring that you have predictable hours while serving a diverse patient population. We maintain a manageable patient volume of approximately two patients per hour, allowing you to dedicate the necessary time and attention to each individual's care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes.Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.Incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to assist patients in regaining strength, mobility, and functionality in their daily lives.Educate patients regarding injury prevention, movement mechanics, and the importance of following their personalized home exercise programs to enhance long-term recovery.Collaborate effectively with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care and optimal therapeutic outcomes.Regularly monitor each patient's progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to address their specific recovery milestones.Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to ensure compliance and continuity of care.Engage in continual professional development and stay updated on advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy techniques.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will be working closely with a variety of patients who seek relief from physical trauma, chronic pain, and post-operative recovery. Our clientele ranges from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients who require rehabilitation following surgical interventions. The diverse patient population allows for a rich clinical experience, ensuring you can apply your skills across different scenarios and patient needs.QualificationsA valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualification.At least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting, demonstrating a robust understanding of physical therapy practices and patient care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with patients and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.Proven capacity to develop and implement effective, patient-specific treatment plans tailored to individual needs.A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, prioritizing the welfare of each patient.Ability to work independently while also actively collaborating in a team-oriented environment.Preferred ExperienceExperience in outpatient orthopedic settings, ideally specializing in injury assessments and postoperative recovery.Knowledge and expertise in the use of physical therapy equipment and techniques specific to a variety of conditions.Exemplary organizational skills with a proficiency in time management within a fast-paced clinic.Compensation and BenefitsCompensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
