(USA) Tire and Battery Center Team Leader

Position Summary As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in tire and battery center operations and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations. What you’ll do Be a Team Leader: supervise the team, communicate goals, set expectations, execute company programs, adhere to policies, and advocate for the member, associate, and company. Be an Expert: maintain deep knowledge of safety and compliance, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, passenger recalls, product specifications, and seasonality; share knowledge and train the team. Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to plan sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions. Be an Owner: drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain a clean and safe work area, plan orders, control expenses, manage inventory and paperwork, and support member service hands‑on. Be a Talent Ambassador: train, monitor e‑learning compliance, identify talent, develop skills, encourage career growth, and source new talent. Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs through collaboration, analysis, monitoring, and improvement. Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics; assist with corrective actions using the Open Door Policy.
