WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues Will participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination as well as manage PR calendar All other duties as assigned WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred!
