Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,002 per week

Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Warsaw, Indiana.

Position: ICU Registered Nurse (Auto Offer)
Facility: Kosciusko Community Hospital, Indiana

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Schedule: Every 3rd weekend required
• On-Call: None
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (72 hours bi-weekly)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN License
• BLS and ACLS required
• Current Driver's License
• 1–2 years of recent ICU/Critical Care experience
• Must submit RN license, certifications, driver's license, and permanent home address (address must match ID)
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility ( local candidates are not accepted )

Unit Details

• Facility Size: 72 beds
• ICU Beds: 14
• Monthly Volume: Approximately 175 patients
• Patient Ratios:
  • ICU: 2:1 or 3:1
  • MS Overflow/PCU: 1:5

Responsibilities

• Care for ventilator-dependent patients
• Manage IV drips and IV sedation
• Occasional post-op recoveries after hours
• Critical Care and Progressive Care patients

Floating

• Required to float to Medical-Surgical Telemetry
• Float ratio: 6:1
