Kitchen Manager – Casual Dining with Scratch Kitchen – Norcross, GA
Salary of $70,000 with a healthy Bonus Plan!!!

What You'll Do:
Lead daily back-of-house operations in a busy scratch kitchen
Train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff
Manage inventory, food costing, and vendor relationships
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
Maintain consistency, quality, and speed in every dish
Who You Are:
3+ years of kitchen leadership experience (scratch kitchen experience preferred)
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, ordering, and scheduling
Hands-on leader with excellent communication skills
Passionate about great food and building strong kitchen teams
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, casual dining environment
