Customer Service Representative
Pay rate: $24.00/hour- $26.00/hour
Hours: Flexibility in working hours 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Malvern, PA- On-site
Duration: 3-4 months

Summary:
The Customer Service Temp is accountable for supporting our customer account specialists and customers by completing the below tasks and responsibilities.

(60%) Order Management & Customer Service Supply Chain Support
• Run daily backorder report
• Create backorders in SAP
• Schedule/slot backorders in Salesforce
• Receive extended lead time report, communicate delays to customers, and reschedule items in SAP
• Receive daily carrier delay report and email customers informing them of the delay
• Run daily reports for customers as needed and analyze results, present to CSR to communicate with plant and customer
• Manage the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process within agreed upon policy, ensuring customer satisfaction, while ensuring guidelines and goals are achieved.
(30%) Order Management
• Accept, enter, schedule and maintain orders within SAP
• Schedules/slots orders in Salesforce
• Use Order Entry Document Manager (OEDM) to maintain documents
• EDI processing - run regular report to identify new EDI orders and process accordingly
• Ability to build efficient truckloads and schedules in coordination with the traffic department
• Verify accurate information on ship schedule/OEDM
(10%) Conflict Management
• Maintain customer records within all software databases
• Manage the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process within agreed upon policy, ensuring customer satisfaction, while ensuring guidelines and goals are achieved.

REQUIRED:
• A combination of formal education such as Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree with certifications and/or at least
1-2 years of progressive customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excels at interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Prior experience with the ability to successfully resolve conflict
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Some exposure to building products and/or retail industry preferred
• Developed systems aptitude and Microsoft Office skills
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
