PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

Planning and coordination of the following programs: Citizenship preparation classes at Centro San Juan Diego/Online, Financial Literacy classes at Centro San Juan Diego/Online, and Computer Literacy & Computer for Seniors at Centro San Juan Diego. Securing program resources; registrations, collecting fees and keeping track of payments, preparation of class materials, classroom and online logistics, supervision of volunteers and instructors. Shadows classes online. Assist in the hiring and selection of instructors & volunteers. Provides basic technical support to instructors and students to help them connect to classes and access attendance sheets, exams, etc. Plans and coordinates evaluation of programs and propose changes to continuously improve the quality of the programs offered. Return and screen calls and provide referrals when necessary. Maintain and produce adequate reporting of programs. Compose, prepare, and distribute correspondence and other documents as instructed. Prepare and maintain files and records. Attend program and staff meetings and maintains correspondence and files as required. Meet with the Program Manager on a regular basis. Work effectively in a team environment. Assist with other activities as needed by the Centro San Juan Diego team.
