Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and staff development; oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Manage clinic operations, including financials, inventory, and physical plant maintenance. Coordinate all aspects of patient care, from admission to discharge, addressing patient concerns and ensuring timely assessments and care plans. Foster strong physician relationships, facilitate communication, and ensure regulatory compliance through audits and surveys. Implement quality improvement initiatives, monitor safety events, and maintain medical records integrity. Develop policies, oversee staff training, and support professional growth. Manage vendor contracts, supplies, and facility safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with current RN licensure. Experience in clinical nursing, with additional dialysis experience preferred. Leadership skills in team management, communication, quality improvement, and decision-making. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with medical databases is a plus. Ability to supervise staff, manage operations, and ensure high-quality patient care. Additional Information The role involves physical activity, including standing, bending, and patient handling, with a focus on safety and infection control.
