Senior Associate, Wealth Investor Services The Global Wealth Investor Services Senior Associate role at TPG involves overseeing daily operations related to transfer agents and service providers. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in financial services. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations of transfer agents and service providers. Support onboarding of TPG Funds to global service providers. Investigate and resolve operational queries and issues. Engage with transfer agents to resolve open issues. Field inquiries from financial advisors and internal teams. Liaise with FinTech partners on order reviews and trade documents. Work with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve client issues. Become an expert on operational platforms for advisors. What You Need Great communication skills and ability to influence others. Experience working in teams and building positive relationships. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Understanding of high-net-worth and financial advisor operations. Knowledge of alternative investment funds is a plus.
