Family Physician

Location: San Diego, CA. Job Title: Primary Care Physician (Family Practice / Internal Medicine + Pediatrics) Overview You will provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through our Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality primary care, including examinations, preventive care, disease management, and coordination with a multidisciplinary care team. Conduct 30‑to‑60 minute appointments, manage patient panels of 800‑1,000, and use electronic medical records to support population management. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license required; DEA preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at start date. Per state regulations, a dispensing license may be required. Pay Range $187,000 – $210,000 per year for a 30‑hour week. Annual incentive eligible.
