Are you an experienced dental professional who enjoys connecting with patients, discussing treatment, and helping people feel confident about their dental care? Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our Fuquay-Varina team.

We are looking for someone with previous dental experience who understands the pace of a dental office, knows how to build trust with patients, and can confidently guide patients through their treatment journey.

What You Will Do:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be an important part of both the patient experience and the success of the practice. You will:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Help maintain productive provider schedules by effectively coordinating patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Present and review treatment plans with patients while helping them understand their recommended care and financial options.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility and assist patients with understanding their benefits.
• Collect payments and follow established financial policies and procedures.
• Accurately enter and update patient demographic and insurance information in Denticon.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records while following HIPAA and company privacy requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the practice.

What We Are Looking For:

This position is ideal for an experienced dental professional who is ready to bring their knowledge and experience to a new team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a dental office
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, Dental Receptionist, or similar dental administrative role
• Knowledge of dental terminology and common dental procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A patient-first mindset
• The ability to work effectively with both doctors and team members
• A positive, professional, and dependable demeanor
• High School Diploma and/or GED
