Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Manufacturing Manager located in New Braunfels, TX. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily production operations, including production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, this role involves supervising the manufacturing team and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
- Proven experience in Quality Control and maintaining industry standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of Manufacturing Operations and processes
- Skills in Operations Management to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
- Industry certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus
