The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Pharmacist to lead our cleanroom operations. In this role, you will act as the guardian of sterility assurance, overseeing IV workflows and ensuring our facility remains inspection-ready for the The Joint Commission (TJC) and state boards. You will drive safety and precision, bridging the gap between regulatory compliance and exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: PharmD from an ACPE Accredited program.
Preferred Certification: BCSCP (Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist). Possessing this credential is highly valued and sets top candidates apart.
Clinical: Serve as a Clinical Pharmacist consulting with physicians on patient safety.
Verification: Review Sterile Compounding Pharmacist lab formulas for accuracy and legality.
Compliance: Ensure USP 797 / USP 800 standards and perform PMP Review.

Shift Details (Includes 1-2 weekends/mo)

Weekdays: 12pm8pm or 2pm10pm
Weekends: Sat 10am4pm | Sun 12pm6pm
