Physician - Gastroenterology (Columbus)

Job Summary

We provide high-quality care focusing on the needs of our patients in a team environment.

Tools and Resources

• We use EMR (Electronic Medical Records) - EPIC system.
• We have an onsite lab and X-ray facilities.
• The doctor will be on call one time out of every four weeks.

Training

Training in Advanced Endoscopy is preferred but not necessary.

Qualifications Needed

• You should be Board Certified in Internal Medicine (this is preferred).
• You must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (this means you have 1-5 years to take the test after your training).
• You need to have an Ohio medical license or be willing to get one.
• You must have BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications.

Experience

• You should have 3-5 years of experience working in outpatient Gastroenterology.

Certifications Required

• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Ohio State License
