Manager, Quality

The primary responsibility of this position is to be committed to carrying out the Company’s Quality Policy, focusing on customer expectations, problem prevention, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead projects or participate as a team member on an individual or group basis. Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, conflict resolution, personnel discussions, hiring, promotion, and termination decisions. Conduct routine meetings with subordinates and maintain open communication. Understand the Company Quality Mission and laboratory QC/QA protocols and corrective/preventive actions. Manage time and attendance issues for employees promptly. Oversee safety requirements, safe operation, and conduct of the assigned team members. Support and actively participate in the Company 7S program, Lean Programs, or similar programs. Provide a positive working environment and lead the department on a daily basis. Ensure documented methods are followed at all times. Create training plans and schedules for all personnel in required methods, including QC/QA; administer training and maintain documentation. Ensure sufficient cross‑training to effectively run the department at all times. Develop and maintain SPC or similar QC system for monitoring process performance. Lead investigation and follow‑up through the closure of all corrective actions and customer complaints. Determine appropriate methods, working with staff, production management, and customer service to create or modify methods; assure proper documentation per HPMN QA/QC policies. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience (preferred). Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership ability; strong motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines. ReqID: 58291 #J-18808-Ljbffr
