Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The position offers the opportunity to work in both the Emergency Room (ER) and MedSurg units, providing care to a diverse patient population. Some shifts may involve more responsibilities in MedSurg, depending on patient needs.LocationThis position is located in Kansas.ResponsibilitiesAssist nurses with patient care in both the ER and MedSurg settings.Provide support and comfort to patients and their families.Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.Work collaboratively with a healthcare team, including nurses and staff secretaries.QualificationsMust be a certified nursing assistant in accordance with the Kansas Nurse Aide Registry (KDADS).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.Previous travel experience is preferred but not required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.A minimum of 3 years of experience may be considered, depending on qualifications.Additional InformationNo mileage restrictions apply for this role. Candidates are encouraged to discuss any specific concerns about shift assignments with their healthcare professional.COVID-19 vaccination exemptions are accepted; the flu vaccine is not required.Team StructureThe staffing on the floor will include 2 nurses, 1 aide, and 1 staff secretary during shifts.
