This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level or experienced admin professional who enjoys organization, multitasking, and supporting day‑to‑day business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, data entry, and basic accounting support , and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting with room for growth. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support including filing, scanning, copying, and document organization Perform accurate and efficient data entry Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions Maintain financial records using accounting software Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and organization Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone and email Support general office operations and complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1–2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced office environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Why This Opportunity?
