Sales Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven, industry-connected Project Sales Manager to join our Los Angeles team. In this hybrid sales and account management role, you will drive business growth across the Greater Los Angeles area by identifying project opportunities, building relationships with A&D (Architecture & Design) firms, and managing contract sales from concept to installation. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Pipeline Growth: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients (A&D firms, procurement agencies, hoteliers, restaurant groups, and general contractors) to secure commercial furniture contracts. A&D Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with interior designers and architects in the LA market; present product catalogs, surface materials, and custom manufacturing capabilities. End-to-End Project Consultation: Guide clients through product selection, custom modifications, finish options, budget planning, and delivery timelines. RFPs & Quotation Management: Prepare comprehensive project proposals, take-offs, price quotes, and contract documentation in coordination with estimating and production teams. Showroom & Client Presentations: Host client meetings, mock-ups, and presentations at our Los Angeles showroom (Robertson Blvd corridor) and conduct on-site visits across West LA. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, project coordinators, and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3-5+ years of proven sales or account management experience within the Contract Furniture, Commercial Interior Design, Architecture, or High-End Specification Sales sectors. Industry Network: Existing network of commercial architects, interior designers, or commercial developers in the Greater Los Angeles area is strongly preferred. Design Literacy: Ability to read architectural floor plans, finish schedules, and design specifications. Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized with strong project management discipline. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), AutoCAD/PDF spec review tools, and MS Office Suite. Mobility: Must be based in or near Los Angeles (ability to commute daily/regularly to Robertson Blvd) with a valid driver's license for local client meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr LETA
