Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Specialization or prior experience in CVOR required
  • Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility
  • Proficiency in patient assessment, intraoperative care, and supporting complex cardiovascular cases

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care throughout the perioperative period for cardiovascular surgical procedures
  • Scrub and circulate in the CVOR, ensuring optimal patient safety and sterile field maintenance
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and allied team members
  • Demonstrate rapid critical thinking and adaptability during urgent situations
