Our practice areas include Domestic Relations, Estate Planning, Probate Litigation & Administration, and Criminal Defense. We are looking for an attorney who is eager to develop their practice, take ownership of their cases, and provide thoughtful, effective representation to clients. Training and support are provided, with the expectation that associates will ultimately manage their cases independently from initial engagement through resolution. Responsibilities Depending on practice area, associates will manage an assigned caseload involving: Domestic Relations: Divorce, custody, post-decree matters, adoptions, and related litigation. Probate & Estate Planning: Probate administration and litigation, estate planning, wills, and asset protection. Criminal Defense: Traffic matters, DUI/DUID, misdemeanors, and felonies. Willingness to accept sexual assault matters is a plus. Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents and represent clients in court, negotiation, mediation, and other proceedings. Meet with prospective clients as part of the firm's intake process. Attorneys are not expected to independently market for clients, and bonus incentives are available for successful new client hires. Qualifications Active Colorado law license or imminent Colorado Bar admission. Prior practice and litigation experience preferred, but

. Bilingual candidates are strongly considered. Strong communication, organization, legal writing, and case management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff. Compensation & Benefits $85,000 – $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Monthly bonuses for exceeding billable hour requirements and successful new client hires. Annual bonuses based on profitability, performance, and exceeding billable requirements. 1,500 annual minimum billable hours; bonus eligibility at 1,600 hours. CLE opportunities.
