Registered Nurse/LPN - Ebensburg Full Time Ebensburg, PA, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 4622 Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually Make a Difference in Children's Lives as a Registered Nurse or LPN at Adelphoi! Adelphoi is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN for our Ebensburg, PA location. This is a daylight, Monday-Friday position with some flexibility in hours required. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and enforce policies related to Medication Management. Train staff monthly in Oral/Non-Oral Medication Administration and Adelphoi's Health Policy. Educate clients, staff, and families on disease processes, medications, and treatments. Conduct audits for Medication Cart and Infection Control Surveillance and Prevention. Oversee medication management for youth in group living settings. Triage, assess, and treat chronic and acute medical needs of youth. Administer medications, wound care, and other prescribed interventions. Perform health assessments and provide recommendations. Complete required reports and nurse's notes promptly. Intervene in crisis situations and maintain certification in Safe Crisis Management. Travel monthly to four Latrobe Secure Homes (10% travel; mileage reimbursement provided). Participate in on-call rotation for medical triage (stipend and flex time provided). Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor or Associate of Science in Nursing (BSN or ADN) required for RN or appropriate certification for LPN Experience: 1-2 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in youth or psychiatric care settings.
