Fragrance & Beauty Territory Sales Executive

Summary The Account Executive supports and grows fragrance and beauty sales within multi-brand retail by educating and motivating store teams, executing promotional programs, and upholding brand standards across a Long Island territory. This role drives business objectives through in-store presence, partnership with store leadership, and event execution while developing talent and succession plans. The position requires frequent travel and a home office setup. Responsibilities Execute business strategies and promotional programs to achieve sales objectives across assigned stores. Monitor retail performance and hold counter teams accountable to sales targets. Conduct regular in-store visits to align teams on launches, sales plans, and special events. Partner with Counter Managers to develop client acquisition and retention strategies. Plan and execute in-store events in coordination with regional and corporate partners. Manage assigned budgets and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Ensure brand image and visual merchandising standards are maintained at all points of sale. Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience in multi-brand retail or beauty sales. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication, coaching, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to recruit, develop, and coach counter teams with a focus on succession planning. Home office setup with travel requirement of approximately 50%–75%.
