We are seeking a skilled Barber to provide exceptional grooming services to a diverse client base. This role operates individually, balancing walk-in and appointment clients, focusing solely on haircutting, shaving, and beard trimming without product sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized consultations while maintaining high sanitation standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Cut hair and trim beards with precision
- Provide shaving services tailored to client needs
- Consult with clients on their grooming preferences
- Maintain sanitation and hygiene of tools and workstation
- Perform regular maintenance of barbering tools
- Deliver excellent customer service to all clients
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of barbering experience
- State Barber License
- Proficient in haircutting and shaving techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Attention to detail
