Are you passionate about cooking and ready to bring your culinary talents to a fast-paced hotel environment? Picks and MVP Restaurants are looking for a dependable and motivated Full-Time Breakfast and Lunch Cook to join our culinary team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled cook who takes pride in quality, consistency, and presentation—and enjoys working with a supportive team dedicated to exceptional hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain a fully stocked workstation before and during service.
• Ensure meals are prepared accurately and served promptly.
• Maintain consistent standards for food quality, flavor, portion size, and presentation.
• Accommodate food allergies, dietary restrictions, and special guest requests.
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store all food products.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to culinary leadership.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly sanitized workstations.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with servers and other culinary team members to support smooth service.
• Assist with special events, catering, and other kitchen responsibilities as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous experience as a breakfast cook, line cook, or culinary professional.
• Hotel or high-volume restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch food preparation.
• Understanding of food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift kitchen supplies.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Culinary education, certification, or relevant training is a plus.
