Senior Estimator

For more details visit Your role Organize and oversee estimating activities for assigned projects Compile complete estimates under the supervision of the Director of Pre‑Construction Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding value engineering and budget updates Lead pre‑construction meetings and provide meeting minutes Mentor and coach Estimators within the Building Group Review and refine budgets, bids, proposals, and summaries Provide drawing reviews for constructability and value engineering Develop and improve estimating procedures Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience At least 10 years of experience in competitive bid and conceptual budgeting Thorough knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and regulations Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Proficiency in estimating software (On‑Screen and Sage Estimating preferred) and Excel Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines Analytical mindset with strong organizational and time‑management skills Why Join Our Team?
