Responsibilities include exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service, demonstrating strong knowledge of our food and drink menu and confidently recommending, upselling, and supporting guests' order selections, preparing food and condiments adhering to Outback standards, ensuring accurate guest orders to deliver a satisfying experience, strong commitment to high standards in food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old to sell alcohol, ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs, able to work in hot and cold environments, ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping, manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems, ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment, visual ability to include distance, closeness, color, depth and peripheral, and ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
