Mental Health Therapist

• Provide mental healthcare services in an outpatient care setting • Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services • Provide individual and/or couples therapy • Treat adult and/or child and adolescent populations • Collaborate as part of LifeStance Health's clinical team • Improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare • Work in a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility Requirements Fully licensed in Washington Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW) Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy Passion for patient care and commitment to clinical excellence Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing evidence-based mental healthcare services, including individual and couples therapy for diverse populations. Holds relevant licenses and a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
