Pay & Shifts
- $22–$44/hr (based on experience)
- 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts available
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders
- Machine to tight tolerances (±.0001)
- Perform changeovers in a high-mix environment
- Operate manual equipment (lathes, mills, grinders)
- Adjust offsets, edit programs, and select tooling
What You Bring
Entry Level:
- 1+ year experience or machining education
- Blueprint reading + basic G/M code
Experienced:
- 3–5+ years CNC machining
- Strong programming, troubleshooting, and blueprint skills
Bonus: Mazatrol, Mastercam, grinding, rigging/crane experience

This is a contract to hire position based out of Centennial, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $44.00/hr.
