Powder Coater We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and coating metal parts and products using powder coating equipment and techniques to ensure a high-quality finish. Responsibilities: Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts Apply powder coating evenly using spray equipment Load and unload parts onto racks or conveyor systems Operate curing ovens and monitor bake times/temperatures Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects Maintain powder coating equipment and work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist with general shop duties as needed Requirements: Previous powder coating, paint, or industrial finishing experience preferred Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work throughout the shift Comfortable using hand tools and spray equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
