Radiology Technologist EEG/EKG Tech

If you are passionate about diagnostic technology, join us as a Radiology Technologist EEG/EKG Tech. In this role, you will conduct electroencephalogram (EEG) and electrocardiogram (EKG) tests to monitor brain activity and heart function, providing critical data for patient care decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform EEG tests to monitor brain activity and detect neurological conditions such as epilepsy or brain injuries.
• Conduct EKG tests to measure electrical activity in the heart, identifying irregularities such as arrhythmias or heart disease.
• Prepare patients for tests by explaining procedures, attaching electrodes, and ensuring their comfort during testing.
• Operate and maintain EEG/EKG equipment to ensure accurate results and proper functionality.
• Document test findings accurately and collaborate with physicians for diagnosis and treatment planning.

Work environment:
