Position Overview: We're on the lookout for a passionate and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind crafting engaging content that connects with our audience, boosts brand awareness, and helps us grow. Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy Development: Collaborate to create and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Content Creation & Optimization: Produce high-quality, engaging content—including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email campaigns—that resonates with our audience. Take photos and reel footage at live events to build exciting content to share with our clients. Ensure all content is optimized to improve visibility and engagement.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Hubspot and social media insights. Adjust strategies based on data to maximize effectiveness.
• Editorial Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and supports marketing campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role.
• A passion for leveraging AI to bolster productivity and the relevance of content
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to conferences from time to time (approx. 3x per year)
• Enjoys interacting and developing relationships with clients

Skills

• Expertise and experience in video content creation and editing.
• Social media management experience and knowledge of best practices for driving engagement via social channels is required
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience producing content from concepting stage all the way through to publishing/printing/go-live
• Knowledge of email marketing required. Experience with email marketing in Hubspot is a plus.
• Experience with Wordpress is a plus.
• Experience building lead generation campaigns in Hubspot is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• $50k - $60k Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience.
