Chief Legal, Risk & Governance Officer — Growth

Our client in Dallas seeks a senior legal leader to oversee all governance, regulatory, and risk management matters across the organization. This role provides strategic counsel to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership on corporate governance, M&A, real estate, insurance, and major contracts.

The position will lead day-to-day legal work, drive policy implementation, and coordinate with outside counsel to align legal strategy with business objectives.
