Base pay range
$275,000.00/yr - $375,000.00/yr

Qualifications
- 5-10 years of professional experience
- (Ideal) Finance or Capital Markets experience
- (Ideally) have worked at an AM 25 Law firm
- Admission and good standing to the NY Bar
- JD from an accredited law school
- Based, or willing to relocate to NYC
