Sales Support Administrator

Location: Johns Creek, GA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Johns Creek, GA. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity for someone looking to find a professional home and grow with a stable organization. Key Responsibilities

Support sales representatives and management with daily administrative needs and special projects

Maintain and manage customer and prospect databases, including:

Setting up new customer accounts

Updating existing account information

Adding and maintaining contact records

Generate and distribute daily sales reports for the sales team

Coordinate with Accounting to process:

Credit applications

Tax-exempt account setup and maintenance

Organize and compile monthly Point-of-Sale (POS) reports to support commission calculations

Complete web-based customer registrations and account setup requirements

Audit weekly UPS invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when necessary

Assist with various operational projects and reporting initiatives as assigned

Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and maintain organized records

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales support, administrative support, customer support, or a related office environment

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data management, sorting, filtering, formulas, and reporting

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working with internal teams, including Sales and Accounting

Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Stable work history and desire for a long-term career opportunity

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting a sales team

Experience maintaining CRM or customer databases

Knowledge of credit application processing, invoicing, or commission reporting

Experience auditing invoices or reconciling data
