Senior HR Business Partner

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage day-to-day HR operations, lead a team of HR Partners, and focus on employee relations, performance management, and policy application in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop two HR Partners while managing performance, workload allocation, and operational quality metrics Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring consistent case handling and documentation Coordinate with cross-functional partners, providing concise briefs and escalating high-risk matters for assessment and decision-making Required Qualifications 8+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and operational HR delivery Proven experience in leading and mentoring HR professionals, with a focus on improving operational quality Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and related regulations Experience in supporting remote workforces, preferably in healthcare operations or related fields Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications preferred
