#JOB POSTING: Roofing Estimator -Residential & Commerical (bonus) & Hybrid Job Superintendent

 

**Employment Type:** Full-Time, W2

**Compensation:** $70,000 - $75,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Target OTE: $80,000+)

**Location:** Prescott, AZ (Local Office & Regional Field Sites) some Flagstaff and Phoenix

 

### Job Summary

We are immediately seeking a sharp, driven, and highly organized **Roofing Estimator & Hybrid Job Superintendent** to bridge the gap between our office and the field. This dual-role position requires a professional who can accurately estimate, bid, and win roofing projects, and then seamlessly transition into the field to supply materials to crews, enforce safety, and oversee production to completion with our builders. When there is down time, dry call sales and follow up on leads in permit portals and lead services, we help you with those tools. Commission is available. ### Key Responsibilities

 

**Part 1: Estimating & Bidding (Office & Field)**

* Conduct physical and digital roof inspections to measure dimensions and evaluate structural integrity.

* Utilize software (EagleView) to calculate precise material quantities, labor hours, and total project costs, especially for re-roofs.

* Prepare detailed, profitable, and competitive bids and proposals for residential and commercial clients.

* Negotiate scopes of work and build strong relationships with property owners, general contractors, and job superintendents. Communication is very very important!

 

**Part 2: Field Management for materials/workflow**

* Act as a segway leader, coordinating with job foreman and their daily crew schedules, material deliveries, and keep the job on track.

* Manage production timelines to ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and up to quality standards.

* Enforce strict safety compliance issues.

* Troubleshoot real-time field issues, material shortages, or change orders, keeping the client and ownership informed. Communication is very very important.

 

### Qualifications & Skills

* **Experience:** Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on roofing experience (residential, commercial, or both) with a proven track record in project supervision or estimating.

* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with estimating computer literate and email confident. Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings.

* **Leadership:** Strong crew management skills. *Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.*

* **Requirements:** Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to climb ladders and walk roofs comfortably when needed on occasion.
