"Encouraging Growth, Changing Hearts, Minds, and Enriching our Community" We have part‑time openings for Direct Support Professionals. $200.00 Hiring Bonus After 90 days with the Company Responsibilities Assist client in maintaining the cleanliness of their residence, including household chores, room cleaning, and personal laundry. Drive clients to program sites. Report and document medical information. Supervise clients in meal preparation and cleanup. Perform hourly bed checks and assist with medication management. Assist with personal hygiene care. Other duties as assigned by House Managers. Required Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Clear health screen, tuberculosis test, drug screen, and background check through DOJ and FBI (no misdemeanors or felonies). High school diploma or GED. Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record. Comfortable driving residents in your vehicle. Ability to lift 50 lbs and move up to 75 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Passion for empowering others to reach their goals and plans. At least six months of prior hands‑on experience with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Schedule Saturday & Sunday 7:00 am–3:00 pm. Job Details Job type: Part‑time, on‑call, full‑time (when positions open). Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Location: Valley Center near Valley Center High School. No remote work. Benefits Three floating holidays of eight hours each for a total of 24 hours per year, plus paid working holidays. Birthday holiday recognition: employee receives the day off with eight hours pay.
