Position Description Are you passionate about using your expertise in psychology to provide compassionate care and help individuals build healthier, more fulfilling lives? We’re seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver individual and group psychotherapy, conduct psychological evaluations and testing, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans that foster healing and growth. You’ll also play a key role in training, consultation, and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring care is delivered with the highest standards of professionalism and compassion. This is more than just a clinical role—you’ll have the opportunity to lead therapy groups, develop behavior management plans, and contribute to the education of both colleagues and future psychologists. What You’ll Do Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, including psychoeducation and competency-focused groups. Conduct comprehensive psychological and cognitive evaluations, assessments, and testing, with particular expertise in the geriatric population served at the site. Manage and oversee psychological testing services, including interpretation and integration of findings into treatment planning. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and provide consultation to the multidisciplinary team. Supervise and mentor the psychometrician, as well as psychology interns, residents, and students Provide employee education and training to support high-quality care delivery Develop and implement behavior management plans; oversee data collection and outcomes Offer expert testimony to the court, as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with professional and facility standards Support quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement efforts What We’re Looking For Education Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university (required) Experience Completion of psychology internship and postdoctoral residency (required) At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required) Licenses/Certifications Current license as a Psychologist in the state of practice (required) Why Join Us?
