What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an ICU setting, adhering to hospital and nursing standards
  • Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
  • Document patient care and clinical data accurately using Epic system
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
  • Ensure safety protocols, infection control, and patient privacy are maintained
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
What You Need
  • Valid RN license in Louisiana
  • Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and demonstrate good judgment
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Epic
