Scott Glassman has been practicing in the community for decades and is looking for a lawyer to work with on high quality legal matters and help grow the firm. We are looking for a business savvy associate attorney who is motivated to serve clients, be part of a team, and is self-motivated to generate business. The Right Associate Will: Handle Client matters in and out of court Represent Clients at mediation Deliver projects on time Network on behalf of the firm Have core competencies like taking responsibility, reaching goals, collaborating with team members, offering solutions to issues, remaining calm under pressure and absolutely loving what they do. Be open to monthly reviews. Strive for continuous improvement through new ideas, and feedback Skills Needed to Win: Teachable attitude and willingness to learn. Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Attention to details and excellent follow through.
