Job description Prepare ingredients according to Out & Out recipes and standards Chop, portion, batch, label, and rotate product (FIFO) Maintain clean, organized, food-safe prep areas Support kitchen and catering teams as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced kitchen Kitchen or prep experience helpful, not required Willingness to learn, take direction, and help where needed Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Why Out & Out?
