Warehouse Manager - Monmouth Cards

Location: Tinton Falls, NJ (In-Warehouse, Full-Time)

Industry: Sports Trading Cards & Collectibles

Monmouth Cards is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our warehouse. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in inventory management . Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations , ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity .
• Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory tracking, shipping, and receiving .
• Ensure all orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time and correctly .
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment .
• Work closely with the retail and e-commerce teams to keep inventory levels accurate.
• Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Use warehouse management software to track stock levels and streamline operations .

Qualifications:

• Warehouse management experience , preferably in retail, collectibles, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment .
• Experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanning, and Excel .
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining efficiency and organization .
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sports trading cards is a plus but not required .

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
