Creative Content Specialist (VFX)

Fresh Tape Media is looking for a wildly creative Creative Content Specialist (VFX) who lives in the world of VFX, editing, and big ideas. Responsibilities Concept Ideation Work alongside the Creative Team to concept and oversee production of bold and innovative creative Contribute detailed ideas for a wide range of creative formats, both as an individual and within team brainstorms Developing ideas into pitch-ready concepts with corresponding visual direction Stay up to date with industry-wide content and social trends Experience with a wide range of creative formats, including but not limited to: engaging short-form social content, commercial campaigns, brand activations or stunts, and longform storytelling Ability to write scripts and pitch deck copy is a plus Comfortable live-pitching clients is a plus Content Creation Create visually engaging edits that use pacing, music, sound design, graphics, and storytelling to capture audience attention Support VFX, motion graphics, compositing, cleanup, and visual enhancement needs across a variety of projects Deliver high-quality video content across social, digital, commercial, and branded content projects Help maintain visual consistency across projects to ensure work aligns with expectations and creative direction Review content for consistency, quality control, and look and feel to meet clients’ needs Manage multiple projects at once while staying organized, on schedule, and on budget Work cross-departmentally to bring content to life Participate in daily and weekly internal meetings Provide general creative and administrative support to the Creative Team across ongoing projects Participate in a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale Qualifications 3+ years of content creation experience, preferably in an agency or related creative/sports organization Engaging portfolio showcasing tangible content creation expertise Understanding of social and traditional media Experience taking ideas from concept to execution Interest in marketing trends, social strategy, and new technologies Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and detail orientation Knowledge of and passion for sports and sports creative trends is a plus Job Type Full Time Salary $75,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with location and experience) Reports to Creative Team Additional Benefits Include Medical insurance/dental insurance/vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options 401K through Human Interest w/ Company Matching Program Education Assistance Reimbursement Cell Phone Reimbursement Epic Pass or Access to Wellhub membership 18 days of paid vacation per year Paid sick time, bereavement leave, and parental leave Flex days for work on the weekends/holidays & flexible remote weeks #J-18808-Ljbffr Fresh Tape Media
