Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
• Prior experience in school-based OT is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, student assessments, and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, staff, and families
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, student-centered attitude

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine needs and recommend appropriate OT interventions
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for progress reports and compliance
• Consult with classroom teachers and staff to integrate supports across school routines
• Instruct students in techniques to develop fine motor, visual motor, and self-help skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
