CDL A OTR Truck Driver – Indianapolis, IN | $2,100 to $2,720 Weekly Gross | 70 CPM ALL MILES

- North American Transport Services is hiring CDL A OTR drivers for our new Indianapolis, IN terminal. This position offers consistent miles, planned lanes, and transparent weekly pay with no load chasing. Dry van freight only.

Pay and Miles

- Up to $0.70 CPM base pay on all miles, loaded and empty

- Up to $0.15 CPM in weekly bonuses

- Top drivers earn up to $0.85 CPM

- Weekly guaranteed minimum miles

Weekly earnings examples

- 2,800 miles = $1,960 per week

- 3,200 miles with bonuses = up to $2,720 per week

- Top performers running 3,500 plus miles earn $2,900 plus weekly

Bonuses (Up to $0.15 CPM)

- Fuel efficiency bonus up to $0.05 CPM

- Mileage Bonus up to $ 0.10 CPM

- Safety bonus for clean inspections and no incidents

- Performance bonus for on-time delivery and availability

- New terminal with early driver placement

Freight and Operations

- 100 percent no-touch dry van freight

- Mostly drop and hook

Equipment

- 2026 Freightliner Cascadia tractors

- 2026 trailers

- ELD compliant with fuel card

Home Time

- Out 2 to 3 weeks

- Home 2 to 4 days

- Planned routes and home time
