Position Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping destinations to ensure accuracy.

• Process shipments using UPS, LTL carriers, and dedicated transportation providers.

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting.

• Forklift and material handling experience preferred.

• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for 8-10 hours per shift.

• Must wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toe or safety-toe footwear.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
