Licensed Practical Nurse – Ambulatory Care
Location: Worcester, MA
Rate: Up to $1650.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Shift: 8-Hour Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5 Shifts/Week)
Contract: 13-Week Contract | Local & Travel Accepted
Hours: 40 per week
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
- Prior ambulatory care experience required
- Prior outpatient clinic experience required
- Previous travel experience required
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license
- No weekends required
Certifications:
- AHA BLS
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in an ambulatory care clinic setting
- Support outpatient services and inpatient consultations
- Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and follow-up care
- Assist with patient education, care coordination, and communication with healthcare teams
- Provide care to adolescent, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support safe, quality patient care
